Leviticus · Chapter 27
And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) spake unto Mosheh, saying,
Speak unto the children of Yisra'el, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons
shall be for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) by thy estimation.
And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
And if it
be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.
And if
it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
And if
it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation
shall be three shekels of silver.
And if
it be from sixty years old and above; if
it be
a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the kohen, and the kohen shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the kohen value him.
And if
it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH), all that
any man giveth of such unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) shall be holy.
He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.
And if
it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH), then he shall present the beast before the kohen:
And the kohen shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it,
who art the kohen, so shall it be.
But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth
part
thereof unto thy estimation.
And when a man shall sanctify his house
to be holy unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH), then the kohen shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the kohen shall estimate it, so shall it stand.
And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth
part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.
And if a man shall sanctify unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH)
some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed
shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.
But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the kohen shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.
And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth
part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.
And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH), as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the kohen’s.
And if
a man sanctify unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) a field which he hath bought, which
is not of the fields of his possession;
Then the kohen shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation,
even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day,
as a holy thing unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH).
In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought,
even to him to whom the possession of the land
did belong.
And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH)’S firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether
it be ox, or sheep: it
is
𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH)’S.
And if
it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth
part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.
Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) of all that he hath,
both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing
is most holy unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH).
None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed;
but shall surely be put to death.
And all the tithe of the land,
whether of the seed of the land,
or of the fruit of the tree,
is 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH)’S:
it is holy unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH).
And if a man will at all redeem
ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth
part thereof.
And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock,
even
of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH).
He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
These
are the mitsvot, which 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) commanded Mosheh for the children of Yisra'el in mount Sinai.

Numbers · Chapter 1
And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) spake unto Mosheh in the wilderness of Sinai, in the mishkan of the congregation, on the first
day of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Mitsrayim, saying,
Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Yisra'el, after their families, by the house of their fathers, with the number of
their
names, every male by their polls;
From twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Yisra'el: thou and Aharon shall number them by their armies.
And with you there shall be a man of every tribe; every one head of the house of his fathers.
And these
are the names of the men that shall stand with you: of
the tribe of Reuben; Elizur the son of Shedeur.

And Mosheh and Aharon took these men which are expressed by
their
names:
And they assembled all the congregation together on the first
day of the second month, and they declared their pedigrees after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, by their polls.
As 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) commanded Mosheh, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.
And the children of Reuben, Yisra'el’s eldest son, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
Those that were numbered of them,
even of the tribe of Reuben,
were forty and six thousand and five hundred.
Of the children of Simeon, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, those that were numbered of them, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
Those that were numbered of them,
even of the tribe of Simeon,
were fifty and nine thousand and three hundred.
Of the children of Gad, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
Those that were numbered of them,
even of the tribe of Gad,
were forty and five thousand six hundred and fifty.
Of the children of Judah, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
Those that were numbered of them,
even of the tribe of Judah,
were threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred.
Of the children of Issachar, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
Those that were numbered of them,
even of the tribe of Issachar,
were fifty and four thousand and four hundred.
Of the children of Zebulun, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
Those that were numbered of them,
even of the tribe of Zebulun,
were fifty and seven thousand and four hundred.
Of the children of Yoseph,
namely, of the children of Ephraim, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
Those that were numbered of them,
even of the tribe of Ephraim,
were forty thousand and five hundred.
Of the children of Manasseh, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
Those that were numbered of them,
even of the tribe of Manasseh,
were thirty and two thousand and two hundred.
Of the children of Benjamin, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
Those that were numbered of them,
even of the tribe of Benjamin,
were thirty and five thousand and four hundred.
Of the children of Dan, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
Those that were numbered of them,
even of the tribe of Dan,
were threescore and two thousand and seven hundred.
Of the children of Asher, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
Those that were numbered of them,
even of the tribe of Asher,
were forty and one thousand and five hundred.
Of the children of Naphtali, throughout their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
Those that were numbered of them,
even of the tribe of Naphtali,
were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.
These
are those that were numbered, which Mosheh and Aharon numbered, and the princes of Yisra'el,
being twelve men: each one was for the house of his fathers.
So were all those that were numbered of the children of Yisra'el, by the house of their fathers, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war in Yisra'el;
Even all they that were numbered were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.
But the Levites after the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.
For 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) had spoken unto Mosheh, saying,
Only thou shalt not number the tribe of Levi, neither take the sum of them among the children of Yisra'el:
But thou shalt appoint the Levites over the mishkan of testimony, and over all the vessels thereof, and over all things that
belong to it: they shall bear the mishkan, and all the vessels thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp round about the mishkan.
And when the mishkan setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down: and when the mishkan is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.
And the children of Yisra'el shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, throughout their hosts.
But the Levites shall pitch round about the mishkan of testimony, that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Yisra'el: and the Levites shall keep the charge of the mishkan of testimony.
And the children of Yisra'el did according to all that 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) commanded Mosheh, so did they.

And on the east side toward the rising of the sun shall they of the standard of the camp of Judah pitch throughout their armies: and Nahshon the son of Amminadab
