Yesha'yahu44

Isaiah · Chapter 44

Yet now hear, O Ya'aqov my servant; and Yisra'el, whom I have chosen:
Thus saith 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Ya'aqov, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.
For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring:
And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.
One shall say, I am 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH)’S; and another shall call himself by the name of Ya'aqov; and another shall subscribe with his hand unto 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH), and surname himself by the name of Yisra'el.
Thus saith 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) the King of Yisra'el, and his redeemer 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no Elohim.
And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for me, since I appointed the ancient people? and the things that are coming, and shall come, let them shew unto them.
Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even my witnesses. Is there a Elohim beside me? yea, there is no Elohim; I know not any.
They that make a graven image are all of them vanity; and their delectable things shall not profit; and they are their own witnesses; they see not, nor know; that they may be ashamed.
Who hath formed a elohim, or molten a graven image that is profitable for nothing?
Behold, all his fellows shall be ashamed: and the workmen, they are of men: let them all be gathered together, let them stand up; yet they shall fear, and they shall be ashamed together.
The smith with the tongs both worketh in the coals, and fashioneth it with hammers, and worketh it with the strength of his arms: yea, he is hungry, and his strength faileth: he drinketh no water, and is faint.
The carpenter stretcheth out his rule; he marketh it out with a line; he fitteth it with planes, and he marketh it out with the compass, and maketh it after the figure of a man, according to the beauty of a man; that it may remain in the house.
He heweth him down cedars, and taketh the cypress and the oak, which he strengtheneth for himself among the trees of the forest: he planteth an ash, and the rain doth nourish it.
Then shall it be for a man to burn: for he will take thereof, and warm himself; yea, he kindleth it, and baketh bread; yea, he maketh a elohim, and worshippeth it; he maketh it a graven image, and falleth down thereto.
He burneth part thereof in the fire; with part thereof he eateth flesh; he roasteth roast, and is satisfied: yea, he warmeth himself, and saith, Aha, I am warm, I have seen the fire:
And the residue thereof he maketh a elohim, even his graven image: he falleth down unto it, and worshippeth it, and prayeth unto it, and saith, Deliver me; for thou art my elohim.
They have not known nor understood: for he hath shut their eyes, that they cannot see; and their hearts, that they cannot understand.
And none considereth in his heart, neither is there knowledge nor understanding to say, I have burned part of it in the fire; yea, also I have baked bread upon the coals thereof; I have roasted flesh, and eaten it: and shall I make the residue thereof an abomination? shall I fall down to the stock of a tree?
He feedeth on ashes: a deceived heart hath turned him aside, that he cannot deliver his nephesh, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?
Remember these, O Ya'aqov and Yisra'el; for thou art my servant: I have formed thee; thou art my servant: O Yisra'el, thou shalt not be forgotten of me.
I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.
Sing, O ye shamayim; for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) hath done it: shout, ye lower parts of the earth: break forth into singing, ye mountains, O forest, and every tree therein: for 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) hath redeemed Ya'aqov, and glorified himself in Yisra'el.
Thus saith 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH), thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the shamayim alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;
That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish;
That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Yerushalayim, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:
That saith to the deep, Be dry, and I will dry up thy rivers:
That saith of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Yerushalayim, Thou shalt be built; and to the heikhal, Thy foundation shall be laid.

Yesha'yahu45

Isaiah · Chapter 45

Thus saith 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;
I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:
And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH), which call thee by thy name, am the Elohim of Yisra'el.
For Ya'aqov my servant’s sake, and Yisra'el mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.
I am 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH), and there is none else, there is no Elohim beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:
That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH), and there is none else.
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) do all these things.
Drop down, ye shamayim, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) have created it.
Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?
Woe unto him that saith unto his father, What begettest thou? or to the woman, What hast thou brought forth?
Thus saith 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH), the Holy One of Yisra'el, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.
I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the shamayim, and all their host have I commanded.
I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) of hosts.
Thus saith 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH), The labour of Mitsrayim, and merchandise of Ethiopia and of the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall come after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall fall down unto thee, they shall make supplication unto thee, saying, Surely Elohim is in thee; and there is none else, there is no Elohim.
Verily thou art a Elohim that hidest thyself, O Elohim of Yisra'el, the Saviour.
They shall be ashamed, and also confounded, all of them: they shall go to confusion together that are makers of idols.
But Yisra'el shall be saved in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.
For thus saith 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) that created the shamayim; Elohim himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH); and there is none else.
I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Ya'aqov, Seek ye me in vain: I 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.
Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a elohim that cannot save.
Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH)? and there is no Elohim else beside me; a just Elohim and a Saviour; there is none beside me.
Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am Elohim, and there is none else.
I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
Surely, shall one say, in 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.
In 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YHWH) shall all the seed of Yisra'el be justified, and shall glory.

Yesha'yahu46

Isaiah · Chapter 46

Bel boweth down, Nebo stoopeth, their idols were upon the beasts, and upon the cattle: your carriages were heavy loaden; they are a burden to the weary beast.
They stoop, they bow down together; they could not deliver the burden, but themselves are gone into captivity.
Hearken unto me, O house of Ya'aqov, and all the remnant of the house of Yisra'el, which are borne by me from the belly, which are carried from the womb:
And even to your old age I am he; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you.
To whom will ye liken me, and make me equal, and compare me, that we may be like?
They lavish gold out of the bag, and weigh silver in the balance, and hire a goldsmith; and he maketh it a elohim: they fall down, yea, they worship.
They bear him upon the shoulder, they carry him, and set him in his place, and he standeth; from his place shall he not remove: yea, one shall cry unto him, yet can he not answer, nor save him out of his trouble.
Remember this, and shew yourselves men: bring it again to mind, O ye transgressors.
Remember the former things of old: for I am Elohim, and there is none else; I am Elohim, and there is none like me,
Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.
Hearken unto me, ye stouthearted, that are far from righteousness:
I bring near my righteousness; it shall not be far off, and my salvation shall not tarry: and I will place salvation in Tsiyon for Yisra'el my glory.
